Gay Youth World was first founded in 1995 with an aim to support gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender young people and teens all over the world. In 2005 we merged with the Queer Youth America and Queer Youth Canada to form a global super-social networking community and resource site for GLBT Youth. In 1998 we began campaigning work after the murder of Matthew Shepard. In 2007 we marched together with the Queer Youth Network at Boston Youth Pride.
Future
Working hard behind the scenes at the moment is a team of experienced web developers, designers, writers, community activists and advocates to bring Gay Youth World back online ready for a 2009 relaunch
